How do I make an appointment?


To schedule an appointment you can always call the front desk (319.626.3227) and any skin deep professional can get you scheduled for your service. We also offer online scheduling if this is more appealing to you. Just return to our home page for the link.

I'm busy, can I get reminders for my appointments?


We offer both email and text message reminders for appointments. Please provide us with your email address and/or your cell phone number with the name of your carrier. Emails go out the day before your appointment and text messages the day of. Standard texting rate may apply.

Can I be notified of new services or special offers?


Yes! Just let us know you would like to receive your monthly newsletter and we will get you signed up. You can choose to stop receiving them at anytime and we won't share your email with anyone.

Can I get a gift card?


Of course! We offer gift cards for any occasion. Available in any denomination or for specific services. All gift cards are sold as House certificates meaning that they can be used with any service provider. If you have a specific provider you want to redeem the gift card, please tell the receipent to schedule their appointment with said provider. We will also include said providers business card with the certificate.

What do I do if I am unhappy with a service?
In our experience most unsatisfying experiences come from a breakdown of communication between guest and provider. Your provider will happily reconsult with you and fix the problem. We are sorry but do to the unreturnable nature of our services there are no refunds.

What forms of payment are accepted?


We accept checks, visa, master card and discover. Because we seldomly have patrons pay in cash we no longer keep change in the salon. We will happily take your cash payment but please call to get the exact service charge before your appointment so you can have the correct amount available as we most likely cannot make change for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

What if I am running late to my appointment?


Please let your service provider know if you may be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. If you think you could be more than 15 minutes late please reschedule your service. Out of respect to the person who is scheduled after you, all of our spa services finish at the scheduled finish time regardless of when they start and are billed in full for the scheduled service regardless of service time received.
